This cooking class begins with a visit to Wat Don Wai, a traditional market in Nakhon Pathom province, for which food vendors still travel by boat to sell their goods. After being introduced to the vegetables and spices used in Thai cooking, you'll board a converted rice barge and enjoy the river scenery en route to The Rose Garden Cultural Centre.
